Librado Wright - General Manager
Librado Wright has worked in sales since
graduating from college with a degree in
communications, originally intending the skills
learnt to be used in journalism. He built up a
solid base of experience working for various
companies in the New York and the Philadelphia
area before attaining the position of manager.
After succeeding at mentoring others and helping
them to reach their sales targets, he moved back
to Jamaica where he now works as the general
manager of a call center.
Librado Wright graduated from Temple University
with a degree in communications, intending to be
a journalist for the rest of his life. Success
was imminent for the young writer, who was
passionate about sports and landed his dream job
covering the NBA for a website. However, he soon
found another application for his communication
skills in sales, a field which utilizes much of
the same base knowledge as journalism, in a more
lucrative career line.

Librado Wright - Experience is Key
Librado Wright never anticipated that he would
end up as the general manager of a sales company.
Graduating from college, he wanted to become a
reporter on sports news, but soon discovered a
talent for sales that has stuck with him.
He built his experience from the bottom up,
starting out in small-scale positions, and
gaining promotions until he had sufficient
management experience. He now works as a general
manager at a sales company in Jamaica, sharing
his sales expertise with inexperienced workers.

Librado Wright - Changing Career Paths
Librado Wright thought he was going to be a
sports journalist when he graduated from college
with his degree in communications. Right away, he
got a job covering the NBA and began to work at
his passion. It wasnt long before he discovered
another talent, for sales. Simultaneously working
as a journalist and salesman was busy, but he
made it work. He gained promotions and experience
to get to where he is today, the general manager
of a call center back in his home country of
Jamaica.

Librado Wright - Effective Management
Librado Wright works with people every day as the
general manager of a call center in his home
country of Jamaica. Being a manager is about
communicating and ensuring that the entire team
knows what is happening and how to be most
effective in their jobs. He listens to the
problems of workers and helps them to resolve
anything that may be difficult or stressful, and
shares his own advice, which is based on many
years of experience working in sales.
Librado Wright is a hard worker who is dedicated
to God. As the general manager of a call center,
his job can be stressful and difficult, but he
can always turn to his faith in these hard
moments. He believes the stress relief and
support from his religion helps him manage
day-to-day as well as spiritual problems. In his
spare time, he teaches at Sunday School, to share
his passion for God with the youth of Jamaica.
