• Come to your home.
• Discuss your project and investment.
• Overall project goals and wish list.

Estimates

• we will set up an appointment and review your
  estimate. At this time, we will be available to
  answer any questions you may have about your
  project or our company. Based upon your approval,
  a fixed priced contract will be drawn up and
  submitted to you for your signature.

Construction Final Approval Stage

• Once the contract is returned with a deposit.
• We will officially post your project in our
  schedule, and determine an approximate start
  time.
• We will then apply for all the necessary permits
  and approvals.
• You will meet with a project manager or owner on
  a regular basis to review the project and go over
  any items or issues that need to be addressed.
• When construction is completed and our work is
  done, we seek your final approval by referring us
  to friends and family.
