declaration result which they are appearing for. - Pattern of examination for Patent Agent
Examination - Written Exam consisting of two papers of 100
marks each- - Part I (Two hours)- Patent Act and Rules (Will
have objective as well as subjective questions) - Part 2 (Three hours)- Drafting and interpretation
of the patent specifications and other documents.
(Descriptive) - Candidate shall require minimum of 50 mark in
Paper 1 and 2. He shall be declared to have
passed only if he obtains an aggregate of sixty
