  Bundelkhand water crisis which was hit by extreme
  climatic conditions for the last few years.
• This lead to scanty rainfall and hence bad
  agricultural produce. The farmers and their
  families suffered the most from this natural
  calamity.

• The plot covers about empty water train that was
  sent.
• The central government was supposed to send the
  water tankers to Mahoba after filling them in
  Kota.
• But they did not even help a single person as the
  tankers, were EMPTY when they reached their
  destination.

• Akhilesh Yadav the Chief Minister of Uttar
  Pradesh came up with some of the most remarkable
  and sustainable initiatives as a counter to
  Bundelkhand water crisis politics.

InitiativesForBundelkhand

• Akhilesh Yadav took it upon himself to change the
  situation single-handedly. He distributed ration
  to all the families.
• Akhilesh Yadav was providing the people with free
  ration, Samajwadi Pension, water tankers,
  handpumps etc.
