  • Low back aches are a very common symptom but it
disrupts routine in a big way. Constant pressure
on the spine is the reason for such aches.
  • Sciatica is one such symptom. It is a nerve
extending from the back to the back of the thigh
and down the leg. In spite of the pain being
severe people are recommended to continue doing
the daily affairs to the best they can.

  • Strengthening exercisesThese help the spinal

the light and inflexible muscles to work.
Hamstring stretching is the most important as
these muscles generally are not stretched in
    daily activities.
