Lighting Problems
This problem is very easy to diagnose. If you
find bulb/s are not working properly or an
appliance base becomes black, either can be
replaced at a reasonable price. Remember,
anything more than a bulb needs professional
help.

Check electrical points are functioning. If the
switches are not working properly there could be
a problem with switches / board /wires. This
issue can be checked by touching the board and
checking whether it is warm/cold. If it is
suspiciuosly hot, phone a professional.

A loose connection can sometimes cause electrical
appliances to not work properly / stop working.
If this is the case, you can plug the appliance
in another socket and can check (if the problem
is in socket or an appliance). If in doubt phone
