James Branca Real Estate Investor
James Branca is a real estate investor and
developer in Southampton, New York. He began
investing in real estate in New York in the late
1980s. His activities in the business included
designing, developing and renovating properties.
In 1995 he began investing in upscale properties
in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York and has
been doing that ever since. He is a graduate of
Hunter College. His first property New York co-op
the Hampton property was purchased for 23K and
the Hampton property was purchased for 90K.

estate in the late 1980s. After about seven years
he shifted his attention to the Hamptons on Long
Island, New York. In the years since he has
invested in and developed more than two dozen
homes in that upscale summer resort area. He is a
1985 graduate of Hunter College, where he majored
in Sociology. Commercial properties Branca
currently owns include multi-story office
buildings in Dallas, Texas, as well as a
111,000-square-foot, Class A office building
located in the heart of Uptown Dallas, which
features 16,000 square feet of retail space. The
latter was co-purchased with a group of investors
in 2006 for the amount of 24,000,000.

James Branca is a real estate investor and
developer who lives and works in the Hamptons on

thirty years of experience in the business.He got
his start in the business through a series of
real estate ventures in New York in 1988, a few
years after completing his education at Hunter

James Branca graduated with honors from Hunter
College in 1985, where he was a sociology major.
He has been involved in the real estate investing
and development business since 1988, operating at
first in New York and later in the Hamptons, an
upscale resort area on Long Island. He explores
his creative side by writing short stories and
poetry, and painting with water colors and
acrylics.He already had seven years of experience
in the real estate investment and development
industry in New York, the city where he grew up
and received his education. He is a 1985 honors
graduate of Hunter College, where he earned a
degree in Sociology.
