    plays an important role in their dental health.
  • They do not realize how crucial exercising good
    eating habits are when it comes to the health of
    their teeth and gums.

It Prevents Cavities
  • A cavity is a hole in the tooths enamel which is
    a result from the build-up of plaque a sticky
    substance composed mostly of bacteria.
  • Majority of adults and up to 90 of school
    children have at least one cavity which makes it
    more important to learn how to nutritious foods.
    Having a good diet and exercising good dental
    habits prevents one for getting cavities.

It Prevents Gum Disease
  • Symptoms of periodontitis or gum disease include
    swollen or discolored gums, bleeding gums,
    receding gums, change in tooth sensation when
    eating, loose teeth, tooth loss, and even bad
    breath.
