Architecture and Construction. Bryan has studied
Business in College at UNLV/Nevada State College.

Mojave Capital. The company was founded in 2007
with a vision to provide borrowers greater
access to capital from investors seeking to make
loans secured by real property.

As a commercial mortgage broker, Bryan Grantham
is responsible for the funding of commercial
loans that are funded by private investors. These
loans are used to fix and flip residential and
commercial properties as well as real estate
construction or development. He is focused on
educating investors and raising/lending private
money to investors/borrowers. He has helped fund
over 500 Million worth of commercial private
loans.

professional commitments he likes to spend time
with his family that includes his wife and two
children. He also likes to play golf
basketball, weight train and exercise.
