Stand Mixer INGREDIENTS Light cream
cheese 226 gms (1 packet) Tomato and basil
(crumbled) 113 gms Light sour cream 1/2
cup Kalamata or ripe olives (finely chopped)
1/3 cup Lemon pepper (seasoning) 1/2 teasoopn

METHOD Combine all ingredients in the Stand
Mixer Bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater to the
KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix
for about 30 secs, or until blended. Use with
Appetizer Cream Puffs.
