Thus, we provide an opportunity to the borrowers
to get their requirements funded at viable rates
and help lenders get the best possible return on
their investment.
We at Faircent do not intervene in any bilateral
negotiations, nor do we take any payment as part
of the interest rates or EMIs involved. We only
charge an upfront fee and once a deal is
finalized, a one-time loan administrative fee is
payable by the borrowers. Faircent provides a
fair, transparent, technology-driven platform for
the whole process to happen smoothly and quickly.

What We Do
We undertake the role of verifying each and every
member registered with us, either as a lender or
borrower. For this purpose, we collect personal,
professional and financial details from each
potential member and authenticate it. Once a
borrower and a lender come to a mutual agreement,
Faircent will help them legalize the transaction
by signing a formal contract. Once a loan is
disbursed, we help lenders with the collection
and recovery of loans. Delay in repayment by
borrowers draw a penalty which is pursued by
Faircent as part of the process.

this forum. Members are encouraged to make their
