  • Salutations To The Sun!
  • Surya Namaskar is a set of 12 powerful yoga
    postures which provide the best form of exercise
    any body would need and would leave you feeling
    rejuvenated and refreshed.

Pranamasana
  • Stay standing upright with the feet together.
    Gradually twist the elbows and place the palms
    together before the mid-section in namaskara
    mudra.

Hasta Utthanasana
  • Raise and extend both arms over the head. Keep
    the arms isolated, bear width separated. Twist
    the head, arms and upper trunk in reverse.

Padahastasana
  • Bend forward until the fingers or palms of the
    hands touch the floor on either side of the feet.

Ashwa Sanchalanasana
  • Put the palms of the hands level on the floor
    adjacent to the feet.
  • Extend the right leg back,twist the left knee,
    keeping the left foot on the floor in a similar
    position.
  • Keep the arms straight. In the last position, the
    heaviness of the body ought to be bolstered on
    both hands, the left foot,right knee and toes of
    the right foot.

Parvatasana
  • Take the left foot back adjacent to the right
    foot, raise the bottoms and lower the head
    between the arms, legs frame two sides of a
    triangle.

Ashtanga Namaskara
  • Bring down the knees,
  • mid-section and chin to the floor. In the last
    position just the toes, knees, mid-section, hands
    and chin touch the floor. The knees, mid-section
    and chin ought to touch the floor at the same
    time.

Bhujangasana
  • Bring down the bottoms and hips to the floor with
    the elbows, curve the back and push the
    mid-section forward into the cobra posture.
