Step by step guide for Requesting Payments from
your customer

1) Click on REQUEST MONEY on the homepage of
Merchant Dashboard.

2) Enter customers Mobile Number and the Amount
that you want to request from the customer.

3) Your Customer will get a notification with
your name to pay the requested amount.

4) Customer will have to click on APPROVE to
pay the requested amount. This screen will open
once the customer clicks on the notification
received from you on Trupays Notification Bar.

5) Customer will instantly receive the
Confirmation of his payment after the approval of
the same.

6) At the same time the merchant will also
receive the confirmation of a successful
transaction on his Merchant Dashboard.
