Education Department- Human Resource Department.
The Educational Certificate has to be verified
from the concerned issuing university. The
Educational Certificate is then processed for
Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs
(MEA) Government of India and Qatar Embassy

Step 4- Legalization/Attestation from the Embassy
of the State of Qatar, New Delhi.
Qatar embassy legalizes the original
certificate with consolidated final year mark
sheet and Verification letter from the
University. All the three documents have to be
legalized by the Embassy.
