How Long Will It Take to Get My ADSL2 Connected?
If you live in an ADSL2 service area and need
ADSL2 Co equipment installed then youll need an
ADSL2 Co installation appointment. Youll need
to schedule an appointment after you join Thorn
Broadband. ADSL2 Co will then send an ADSL2
technician to undertake the work. It may take at
least a few weeks to get your service activated
due to factors such as the demand for ADSL2 work
in your area and ADSL2 Co workforce availability.
