Leslie McHugh is an ER nurse having many years of
experience under her belt. As an ER nurse, she
provides consultation and care to various
patients in the emergency room. She specializes
in performing various critical ER duties. She
evaluates patients and treats their health
problems as well as injuries. She is also
responsible for recording patient information
such as their blood pressure, heart rate, current
medications he/she takes, breathing problems, and
other information regarding their health. Her
duties also include prioritizing medical
appointments based upon the severity of a
patients condition.

She is able to perform administrative tasks, and
go back to handling patients duties throughout
the day. She communicates with the patients in
order to keep them relaxed and comfortable about
their ailment. She is known for her quick
assessment, sharp observation, and friendly
nature.

Leslie McHugh takes great pride in being an
ER nurse as it gives her the opportunity to serve
people and the community. In the past, she has
served as a flight nurse in airlines
helicopters, giving medical facilities in prison,
military, and sport arenas. She has mastered the
major skills for the emergency room including
respiratory assessment, cardiac life support,
EKG, ECG interpretation, and access to cardiac
enzymes arterial blood gases. Leslie
McHugh has earned her bachelors degree in
nursing from one of the most reputed colleges in
the United States. She started her career as an
ER nurse for a local hospital in New York in the
year 2007.
