Kishowar Pervez is a resourceful professional
with current working background in structural,
civil, and construction engineering. He has
significant years of expertise in designing and
construction as well as knowledge about
construction design, architectural planning,
engineering, and constructional development.

From the year 2001 to 2002, he worked as a
Research Analyst at CIBC Oppenheimer in its
Private Client Division. After that he served as
an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse First
Boston in their RE Division from 2003 to 2004.

He is the Founder of U2K Investment Advisor. He
oversees all the operational and investment
activities of the firm. His investment interests
and business development interests encompass
renewable energy, biotech, fintech, the internet,
SaaS, and mobile media.

He is also involved in other business activities
and ventures in technological business startups,
commodity trading, venture capitalist and
extensive knowledge of financial market, he is
also been an Angel Investor and Investment
Banker.

Kishowar Pervez pursued his education from

Purdue University, West Lafayette University,
Twin Cities,MN, University of Minnesota, Harvard
University, and Dhaka College, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
He also did his four months summer internship at
Wynnefield Capital, New York.

He started a commodity trading business named
ShiMo Global Group LLC, which sold imported
seafood to billion dollar companies like High
Liner Seafood, Empire Seafood, Harbor Seafood,
Pacific Seafood, and Tasty Choice International.

He also began a service based engineering and
consulting firm named Quantum Design Group, LLC
to serve NYCs billion dollar real estate
construction and renovation industry. Kishowar
Pervez also started a not for profit
organization, Tokaii Foundation, to reach out to
underprivileged children locally as well as
around the world.
