About Us
Scofflaw Brewing Co. is the brainchild of owner
Matt Shirah, who enlisted the help of brew master
and co-founder Travis Herman. Matt walked away
from his role as a corporate turnaround executive
to follow his passion. Similarly, Travis left
behind a career in the pharmaceutical development
industry to attend brewing school at the
University of California and has brewed for some
of the countrys best known craft brewers,
including The Lost Abbey and Russian River
Brewing Company. Matt and Travis have dedicated
themselves to qualifying southern craft beer.

Our Beer
This juicy IPA was developed in our underground
basement brewery. Pale Ale pours a glowing gold
with pearl white foam to top it off. Up front
aroma of piney hops gives way to the citrus nose
balances with delicate biscuit malt aroma. Sneaky
Wheat is an Imperial American Wheat. The alcohol
is concealed but dont be fooled by this stealthy
8 ABV.
