Architects, Inc. and Compass Commercial Services,
Inc. to design/build their future home in the
Iowa City/Coralville area. Work is slated to
begin in the spring of 2016 on this office
building where additional space is available for
lease.

Boyson Square
The master planned development includes office
and retail buildings and is home to a wide
variety of tenants ranging from a coffee shop to
a kitchen cabinet showroom. Tenants at Boyson
Square enjoy ample parking, a quiet setting and
easy access for clients.

Hiawatha Day School
The Hiawatha Day School is located in Boyson
Square in Hiawatha in Boyson Square. Overlooking
the developments pond, the day children enjoy
the sound of the fountains as they play outside.

The National
The National was formerly know as The Chrome
Horse and is located in the heart of Newbo. This
turn-of-the-century building is being restored
and reborn as a vital piece of the Newbo
attraction.

Fed Ex Facility
This warehouse addition to the existing Fed Ex
facility near the airport was completed in the
spring of 2015 providing much needed space to the
current location. The addition included more
warehouse space along with an office wing for
staff.
