PPF Calculator
  • The PPF Calculator is a simple online tool which

amount over the next 15 years.
  • Generally, the PPF Calculator can be used to
calculate the basic interest earned by PPF
    Account.
  • By just entering the Amount then the calculator
will show all details at a time.
  • You can also quickly calculate PPF Rate of
Interest, Account Balance, Loan and other details
    by the PPF Calculator.
  • Here, we explained with the help of an example.
So, carefully note all the details.

5
  • we take an example of investing 5000/- every year
from 2016 to the last year 2030 (15th year). Then
the closing amount of every year is calculated by
PPF Calculator is explained in the below table.

PPF Interest Calculation Process
  • The starting balance will be zero.  When you
deposit an amount of Rs.5000/-, then the closing
amount will be Rs.5405/- i.e. (Closing amount
    deposit amount Rate of Interest)
  • Deposit amount 5000/- Rate of Interest
    8.10 then  Interest 50008.10/100
  •                            405/-
  • Therefore the Closing amount will get by adding
Deposit Amount and Rate of Interest. Thus, the
closing amount at the end of the first year is
    Rs.5405/-.
  • For remaining years also the same procedure will
be done for calculating the year ending closing
    amount.
