Cynthia Spalding is the Managing Partner of
Spalding Spalding since 2000. Having more than
15 years of experience under her belt, she has
represented over 1200 Workers Compensation
Disability, Social Security Disability, and
Bankruptcy cases. Concerning her professional
background, she worked at the Paralegal Law
Office of Norman Gillette (1987- 1988), Paralegal
Thomas Spalding (1988- 2000), Spalding and Gerber
in 1994, and at the Law Office of Thomas Spalding
(1994- 2000).

Cynthia Spalding has worked for 13 years as a
Workers Compensation Specialist for the State of
California in the employment development
department, where she helped the unemployed and
disabled workers. Gradually, she developed
interest in law and decided to become a lawyer.
Her strengths include strong writing, extensive
management experience, civil and workers
compensation trail experience, and great people
skills.

completed her Juris Doctorate from Western State
