The Man Behind The Mission
Have you ever wanted to trainlikeapro? Dana
Cavalea.spent his entire career with the New
York Yankees Organization as the Director of
Strength and Conditioning... training the likes
of Jeter, Pettitte, Rivera, and Posada during
their greatest years...  ? He created ML Strength
as a place where he could give anyone an
opportunity to learn his different way of
training.  A level of training that is usually
only available to those fortunate enough to make
it as a professional athlete.   ? Although his
program was designed to work with these top
athletes, the philosophy of conditioning applies
to all..but actually has a bigger impact to those
not in that arena. ? His passion for health and
fitness drives him to help as many people as
possible and help them to reach the very simple
goal of feeling better every day.  ? That is why
members mostly range between 45 and 65 years old
but also include professional athletes, those
trying to become a professional athlete and even
people approaching their nineties.
