  you have to shift your weight and use your feet
  every now and then.
• Tilting your body slightly on the direction you
  want it to go will allow the board to move to
  that direction.
• Pushing your feet downward on the front, allows
  the board to go forward and pushing your heels
  downward at the back will make the board go
  backwards.
