COMEDK UGET 2017

Introduction The Consortium of Medical,
Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka
organizes and manages a state level entrance exam
in Karnataka, called the UGET, to select
meritorious students for admission to the member
institutions of the consortium. The subjects
covered under COMEDK 2017 exam will be
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and
English.

Courses offered The COMEDK 2017 exam is for
admission to B.E., MBBS, and B.D.S. courses,
offered by the institutions under the consortium
in Karnataka. COMEDK also grants entrance to B.
Arch Programs, but theres no test conducted for
them. To take admission to the architecture
programs, candidates should have appeared for the
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and
attained a minimum score of 80.

• Educational Eligibility
• Must have had Physics, Chemistry, and
  Mathematics/Biology in 12th class.
• Must have cleared 12th board exams from a
  recognized board/university in India.
• Must score a minimum of 50 for a seat in medical
  and 45 for a seat in engineering.
• English should have been a subject in the 12th
  standard.

Additional Criteria The board examinations
should not have been cleared prior to
2015. Candidates should be at least 17 years old,
as on 31st December, 2017. Diploma candidates
will not be allowed to take the UGET 2017 for
engineering. Candidates should not have selected
a seat in previous years through COMEDK.

  COMEDK 2017, candidates must
• Register for RFA on the COMEDK official website
• Login and provide their personal and educational
  details
• Upload their documents and pay the fee
• Submit the form with their school principals
  signature

• Registration ends (with late fee) 1st week of
  April
• Admit Card availability 1st week of May
• COMEDK 2017 Test Date 7th May 2017
• Test results announcement 4th week of May
• Counselling Schedule release 2nd week of June
