• A QB backup report is basically a set of
  files associated with your enterprise record,
  which includes your company record, packed into a
  zipper file (or, at the least, consider it as a
  zip document.) So, when it is restored (surely,
  unzipped) youve got the original documents. In
  this case Enterprise files.
• Only QB Enterprise can open enterprise files.
  QB Pro and premier will not open it.

• You can use Conversion Service to change Pro/
  Premier Format.
• When we complete the conversion we will send
  the converted record back to you. You could then
  open it and it is going to be just like your
  organization report with all of the equal records
