• Log on to Income Tax Department official
  website-www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in login 
• Search for the Know your PAN on the left side of
  the Home page 
• Click on Know Your PAN option.
• Login to your account by entering your PAN Login
  Details.
• Now Know your PAN by Date of Birth and Name
  form appears on the screen.

• Now Enter your Date of birth or Incorporation
  details DD/MM/YYYY as per the column.
• After that enter your surname in Surname field.
• Date of Birth/Incorporation and Surname are
  mandatory for getting your PAN number Details.
• Enter the displayed captcha code in the form.
• And Finally, Click on submit button.
• Your PAN Card details displayed on the screen.

Know Your PAN by Name

• PAN Card holder can also type your middle name.
• Enter the last name without any mistakes.
• Then enter the appeared Captcha Code on the
  block.
• Enter captcha code correctly.
• Click on Submit.
