Improve Concrete During Finishing Now, you can
improve the quality of your concrete right from
the beginning. DAY1 gets troweled in during
finishing and becomes a permanent part of the
concrete, strengthening the slab and reducing
water vapor transmission. DAY1 helps cure
the slab, like a liquid membrane-forming
curing compound, even though DAY1 does not form
a membrane, lm or residue, and there is
nothing to remove afterwards. DAY1 closes the
pore structure near the surface, so water stays
in the concrete longer, allowing for improved
curing. To give your customers better concrete,
DAY1 should be part of every troweled slab.
Dont Add Water With DAY1, you dont need to
bless the slab with excess water to keep it
workable. Water weakens the concrete and causes
dusting. DAY1 strengthens the surface and
prevents dusting.

For making Jointless floor we have adopted large
area construction method as against conventional
long strip casting, by this method large floors
up to several thousand square metres in area was
laid in a continuous operation. Fixed forms were
used only at the edges of the construction at
intervals of typically 30 X 24 m. Concrete was
discharged into the floor area and spread by
laser Screed machines. Levels were controlled
both manually using a target staff in conjunction
with a laser level transmitter and by direct
