do I fix?
Again, a very common issue among printer users,
Printer Jam while using one of the biggest
brands. Always perform below steps to make sure
you have done your job and issue is different.
Disconnect the power cable from the printer and
leave it disconnected. Press and hold down the
power on/off button for 30 seconds.

Now release the power button and connect the
power cable back to the printer. The printer
should be turned on automatic it not turn it on
manually. See on the front and back side of the
printer with help of the torch and try to find
any piece of paper stuck inside the printer and
try removing it gently to avoid any other
issue. If still no go, call our printer
support technician who will troubleshoot and fix.

Sometimes, you happen to see a server connection
error on your printer. Here also, the basic
troubleshooting steps include, turning the
printer off and turn it back on. The blue light
should be solid not flashing. If the blue light
is sold on the printer panel then we have to
