Lets See the Flow of How Uber Delivery Clone
Works

STEP 1
Once a user Login/Register into the App. He will
be presented with Screen. He will see the
Delivery Option like Bike, Motorbike etc. as per
your settings. Delivery Charge will depend the
type of transport selected.

Destination Card Detail for transaction, etc info
to be filled by Sender. Fare estimate can also be
calculated for delivery

STEP 3
Fill Receiver's detail and other instructions.
The detail will be sent to all "carriers/drivers"
who fall in the range and have made themselves
available at the moment for the kind of service
selected.

Sender needs to provide instructions like Pickup,
Delivery, Package Type Detail to
Carrier/Driver. Also set receiver's Name and
Mobile number where he will receive secret code
that he needs to provide to Carrier to confirm
the successful delivery.

Wait until the "Carriers/Drivers has accepted
the delivery request.

"Carriers/Drivers" in the range will receive the
request and will have 30 seconds time to accept
it. They can see the Sender's Name, Pickup
Details and Parcel Details

Once the driver accepts the request, Sender's
application will show the assigned Driver
details. Sender can also contact him.
Cancellation of request can also be done if the
service is no longer required.

Same way, the driver has option to view Delivery
Details

Driver will have option to view detail of Sender,
Receiver and Package.

The Carrier/driver will have option to cancel
the delivery by selecting the reason from the

Once the carrier/driver reaches the pickup
location, he will mark his status as arrived.
This will send a notification to sender that
driver has arrived and is waiting for parcel to
be handed to him.

Carrier/driver will start the trip after getting
the parcel and will then move towards the
receiver's location.

As soon as the driver marks the trip as started,
a sms will be sent to receiver. The sms will have
driver's detail and verification code. He also
gets a link to map that will show driver's
dynamic location on map

Sender can track driver's movement on road map
through his app.

Just for safety - increase driver is going out of
track or stealing your package and doesn't follow
the route, sender can use panic feature.

Driver can opt to navigate while in route.

Once the driver reaches the destination
and hands over the parcel to receiver, he will
change the status of trip as "Delivered" and also
enter the confirmation code that receiver will
give him. He has successfully received the
package.

Once the confirmation code is entered
trip summary is generated along with delivery
costing. Sender's Credit Card will be charged in
background once driver clicks on "Collect Payment"

Sender Driver will get notification about
delivery being done successfully.

rating reviews for Driver.
