Splining is a 3D activity term. It's the
procedure in which you change over the addition
of the keys from stepped to spline.

This is a very important and neglected stride.

Key Posing
These poses are called key poses since they are
the most important poses of the shot. These are
the poses that pass on the story of the shot.

This step is the a lot of fun. We've effectively
completed with the snort work of animating and
it's a great opportunity to include the fun
stuff. In this step we add little defects that
bring life to the character.

Smoothing
Now that all of our keys are on spline mode, we
need to chip away at them. We have to tidy up
every one of the curves and make sure the
development looks smooth.
