What is DBX and PST Files
MS Outlook Express was an email program which
performed email communication on previous version
of Windows platform. Outlook Express store email
messages in a separate data file called DBX
files, with each file containing the email
contents of an Outlook Express folder.
PST is an Outlook data file, created by MS
Outlook to store the entire mailbox content which
include email messages, calendars, contacts,
tasks, notes, journals, all other things.

  mailbox data into Windows Live Mail
• Windows Live Mail, click on File - Export Mail -
  Email Messages

• When prompted with a confirmation message, click
  on OK
• Again select the radio button All Folders and
  click on Next. This will import all Windows Live
  mailbox data into Microsoft Outlook.
• Click on Finish to complete the process.
