Whats in a name?
A Sense of Place has many definitions. We define
it as a unique collection of a persons abilities
and characteristics that together help them feel
a sense of place within themselves and their
world. It is feeling a sense of having a place to
belong emotionally, spiritually and physically.
This connection to place is vital to our sense of
identity and our feeling a sense of purpose.

Coordination of Supports
- We focus on providing independent coordination of
supports for people who are a part of the NDIS.
Our aim is to link you with the most suitable
services by getting to know you, finding out what
is important to you and how you like to be
supported. We can explain the NDIS to you in
your language, and ensure you get the service you
deserve and are entitled to. We work with you to
build your capacity to coordinate your own plan.

- Our mentoring program is values based and it is
as individual as you are. Tell us what you are
