List of Errors Flashing on Your Canon Printer

• E02 Error The printer is out of paper or paper
  does not feed. Reload the paper correctly to
  resolve this error.
• Sometime it happens your papers are all set, but
  when you give a command, your printer doesnt
  print or flashes this error on screen.
• Solution 1
• Power on the printer.
• Open the door for a few seconds and do a print
  job.

E03 Error Paper Jamming or closed Paper output
tray

• Solution 1
• Check for any piece of paper in the printer.
• After checking, install the paper and push the
  "Black" or "Color" Button.
• Solution 2
• Take a sheet of normal paper A4. Fold it in two
  and still in two.
• Power off the printer.
• Insert the folded paper behind the printer.
• Power on the printer. If there is a foreign
  object, it will be extracted by the folded paper

ErrorE04 or E05 or E14 or E15

• This error occurs when your printer cannot
  recognize the ink Cartridge. Reasons may be the
  cartridges are not installed properly or not
  compatible. Try to remove the FINE cartridge and
  install again and push the cartridge locking
  cover until it clicks into place. If not

ErrorE07

• This error appears when your Cartridge is not
  installed in the correct position. Check if the
  Black and Color cartridge is in the correct
  position. Also try to remove and install again
  the cartridges.

ErrorE08

• E08 Error When the ink absorber is almost full,
  your printer start displaying this error. Press
  the printer Black or Color button to continue
  printing.

ERRORE13

• E13 Error This error indicates the remaining ink
  level cannot be detected. The ink may have RUN
  OUT. Replace the ink with new genuine Canon ink
  cartridge.

Error E16

• E16 Error The ink has RUN OUT. If printing is in
  progress and you want to continue printing, press
  the printer STOP/RESET button for at least 5
  seconds then the printing can continue. Replace
  the empty ink cartridge.

Error E30

• E30 Error The document is too small when the Fit
  to Page Copying is selected. Check the position
  and direction of the documents on the platen
  glass.

ErrorE31

• E31 Error The printer is not connected with the
  computer. Connect the USB cable of the printer to
  computer USB port.

Error E50

• E50 Error Scanning the Print Head alignment
  sheet has failed. To remove the error, press
  STOP/RESET. Make sure that loaded paper (A4 or
  letter sized) is suitable for automatic print
  head alignment, in the correct position and
  orientation in the platen glass and paper and
  platen glass are not dirty. Also make sure that
  Print Head nozzles are not clogged.

Error P02, P10

• P02 Error Cancel printing and turn off your
  printer. Clear the paper jammed or material that
  prevents the FINE cartridge holder from moving.
  Maybe the cartridge is faulty, broken or damaged.
  Turn ON your printer.
• P10 Error Turn off the printer and restart your
  printer. If the same error occurs, contact your

Error B200

• B200 Error Error B200 means the print head
  voltage or temperature is not normal. To resolve
  these errors, follow the solutions below
• Solution 1
• Disconnect the power cable from the printer.
• Wait 1 hour.

• Check and Clean Head contact pin condition of the
  carriage unit
