• Gmail with its archive feature lets you to save
  unimportant emails and messages without removing
  them. The messages which are less important for
  you can take up a lot of space in inbox without
  sending them into the trash folder or labeled
  them as junk email. Just enable Gmail's All Mail
  view to see your archived messages and can also
  unarchive any mail which you want to see in your
  inbox.

Lets go through the steps with the help of which
we can archive unimportant emails and messages-

• Step 1 First, you are required to log in to your
  Gmail account.
• Step 2 Under Inbox section go to more option and
  select all Mail.
• Step 3 Under all mail you can view both the
  email messages of both inbox as well as those are
  archived. You can also distinguish between the
  inbox and archive emails as they have tag next to
  the subject line mentioned. Thus, it lets you to
  understand which archived messages from the rest
  of messages are.

• Step 4 Now right click on those archived emails
  which you want to unarchive.
• Step 5 From the context menu for unarchiving the
  emails click on Move to Inbox.
• Things to keep in mind
• a. The moment you will unarchive the emails, they
  will be displayed instantly in your inbox.

• b. You can also unarchive multiple emails at
  once. For this, tick the boxes to each email
  message which you want to unarchive. Choose Move
  to Inbox after right clicking on any of the
  selected message.
• c. Enable All Mail view if you are looking
  forward to unarchive the entire archive email in
  one go. Click on Select option available on the
  left side of your Gmail account. From drop down
  menu tap on All and then click on Select all abc
  conversations in All Mail link displayed above
  the selected emails. Then click Move to Inbox
  option that is available at the top of Gmail
  account and for confirmation select OK.
