Express Entry became effective on Jan 2015.  In
federal skilled worker express entry applicants
who meet minimum eligible criteria can submit an
expression of interest profile to the express
entry pool.

The experienced foreign workers and international
students can immigrate to Canada temporarily as
permanent residence using an immigration program
called Canadian work experience class (CEC).

  to apply online you cannot apply directly if you
  comes under any of the following program
• Federal Skilled Worker Express Entry
• Federal skilled trades program
• Canadian Experience class

Express entry works in two processes. Eligible
candidates can make an expression of interest on
immigrating to Canada. A portion of these
candidates will get invites by CEC to apply for
