    soothe your nausea and calm your body.
  • You can drink it in soda or tea, or try

  • Having a glass of lemon juice can provide immense
    relief from vomiting in pregnancy. This is an
    excellent natural cure for nausea. Alternatively,
    you can chew lemon-flavored candies or even
    smelling fresh lemon peels will do wonders to
    push away morning sickness symptoms.

  • Avoid eating heavy meals. instead of eating three
    large meals a day, eat five to six small meals to
