• Before installing drivers on your print machine,

• Now open Dell printer website and there it asks
  you to enter service tag and you get a list of
  drivers along with the model. Just choose your
  printer model along with drivers and then submit
  to continue with this process.
• Note when service tag is not available
• Go to view products and choose printers and then
  select printer type and then model of your print
  machine.
• Now go to Drivers and Downloads tabs, then click
  on change OS and click show all where you get a
  list of OS.

• Go to Application and Drivers for OS Deployment
  sections and choose a term with a name Driver.
• Please give a name of the file and youll require
  it once you finish downloading.
• Now click on download and that is just below the
  version number, it will ask you to save this file
  or may start automatically.
• Now go to the downloaded file, then right click
  on its setup and go to properties and choose
  compatibility tab.
• Choose option settings for all users and click
  next to run this program in a compatible mode.
• Here you get an option to choose your OS that
  matches with your downloaded drivers and click
  apply and then okay.

  administrator, user account control window may
  appear and click Yes to start installation and
  then follow the directions that will help you in
  installing drivers.
