  • Living Longer Living Stronger (COTA) is a
    progressive strength/resistance training program
    for older people, designed to increase strength,
    balance, flexibility and coordination, so helping
    to improve your confidence and reduce the risk of
    falls.

  • delivered in a safe and welcoming environment
    with older people
  • tailored to your individual needs and goals
  • offered at regular time slots each week
  • supervised by skilled, qualified instructors

Living Longer Living Stronger COTA Sessions
  • Living Longer Living Stronger COTA Sessions are
    held at AquaPulse on Mondays, Wednesdays and
    Fridays from 1000am - 1200pm and at Eagle
    Stadium on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1000am -
    1200pm.
