Game of Thrones, Stormborn What we GOT in this
GoTs episode? The second episode of Game of
Thrones season 7 had many winners and losers.
Unlike the fourth and fifth seasons of the much
hyped show, this season much like the sixth one
is finally focusing on narrow and fast storyline.
This episode focused more on what everyones
planning on to do. While the fans are absolutely
falling in love with the latest episode, many
compare it to shows first season, and they do so
rightly. Why and how? Youll get the answer to
that nowhere other than this exclusive breakdown.

1. Danys Alliance, how good, how bad?

The episode kicks off with Daenerys Targaryen aka
Stormborn having a meeting with her allies, Yara
Greyjoy, Ellaria Sand and Olenna Tyrell. Tyrion
Lannister, who now serves as the Hand of Queen
lays down a strategy to combat Cersei in Kings
Landing. Honestly, I never liked the first sight
of this alliance. Olenna and Ellaria are clearly
on Danys side out of the hate for Lannisters,
and particularly Cersei. Although Khaleesi made
Lord Varys swear his loyalty for herself, it is
not certain that he will stay by her side though
all the upcoming ups and downs. 2. Mother of
Dragons summons the Dragonglass seeker Lady
Melisandre, often referred to as the Red Woman,
arrives to Dragonstone and puts light on Lord of
Lights sight. She tries to highlight the manly
attributes of Jon Snow, referred as Ned Starks
bastard by Khaleesi. The Red priestess succeeds
in convincing Daenerys into summoning King in the
North, who then directs Tyrion to call for Jons
presence.
