especially if you live in the same house. But it

elbow or eating an apple every day.

Green Tea
A person who regularly drinks about five cups of
tea a day is ten times more protected from
viruses than a person who doesnt. Thats
because tea contains an amino acid called
L-theanine and polyphenols that help kill the flu
virus by boosting the immune system. Any tea has
immune-boosting properties but the most
nutritious tea you can drink is matcha. Matcha
green tea has 17 times more antioxidants than
blueberries and 100 times more potent than your
average green tea.
