Health means when you are ready by mentally and
physically to face every challenge properly and
feel fresh. Health is the subject used to
describe the Digestive system, the Circulatory
system, the functions of the muscles, and other
types of systems used to represent the Human body
and other organisms bodies. Health also is all
about food, teeth, bones, brain functions, and
other sorts of important subjects. There are also
many careers in health that have many varieties
of research and interest. Exercise is important
for health, as well as meditation and other
aerobic activities. Health is similar to Science
and Physical Education classes in schools.

and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In
