Our Methodology

• Understanding Clients Process requirements.
• Freezing the Design Qualification.
• Send drawings for approval before manufacturing.
• After approval manufacturing starts.
• Internal quality assurance when manufacturing is
  over.
• Factory acceptance Test in presence of client.
• Equipment assembly is dismantled and packaged for
  delivery.
• Installation at clients site.
• Installation Qualification document is filled in
  presence of Client.
• After commissioning of the Equipment Operational
  Qualification Document is filled at site.
• After sterility Run, mock batches actual
  batches run, Performance Qualification document
  is filled.
• Equipment is handed over to Client along with
  documentation after providing required training
  to operators.
