  ranked according to the Comprehensive Ranking
  System (CRS), whereby candidates are ranked
  according to the following factors

• Accompanying spouse or common-law partner factors
• Skill transferability factors and,
• Factors relating to a provincial nomination or a
  qualifying offer of arranged employment

• Selected candidates will then have a maximum of
  90 days to submit a complete application, and the
