    the last decade has been the emergence of
    different programs which cater to all groups of
    people. While some of these exercise forms have
    been around for thousands of years, bringing them
    to the forefront of mainstream exercise has
    allowed people who wouldnt ordinarily be
    interested in exercise to get excited about
    getting up and moving around. Programs such as
    Zumba have infiltrated generic offerings with a
