Steps to Follow

• Step 1
• Go to the Yahoo mail website and click Trouble
  singing in enter one of the following information
  to get started
• Recovery email address
• Recovery contact no.
• Sign in email address or contact no.
• Step 2
• Now enter your recovery email address or phone
  number and click Continue and tell yahoo whether
  you still have access to this email or not. If
  you have access to that recovery email or phone
  no. click Yes, send me an account key.
• Step 3
• Yahoo mail will send you an account key (a sort
  of one-time-password to verify your identity).
  Using the recovery email sign-in to your account
  and enter the 8 digit key. (The account key may
  take a few moments to receive.)

Step 4 Once you received the account key, copy
that key and paste it to the Verify your email
address box and click Continue. In case you dont
have access to that email, click the second
option.     Step 5 Yahoo mail will ask you to
verify your phone number missing digits, so enter
the 2 digits and click Continue. After this,
click Yes, text me an account key.
You will receive the account key on your recovery
email and phone no, but you still are not able to
recover you account or facing other issues
