Spinner Hanger Shot Blasting machine

• Spinner hanger shot blasting machine are most
  suitable for the small and medium sized jobs like
  fabricated jobs, Gears Castings Forgings etc.
  Since the shots impacts up and down and the
  hanger with the components rotate about its own
  axis, the components are cleaned from all sides
  at a time. The productivity of these machines is
  very high and can be improved by incorporating a
  rail type conveying system so that components can
  be loaded and unloaded at the exact destination
  point.

Machine

• Spinner Hanger Double Door type shot Blasting
  Machine has two number of doors fixed each door
  by a hanger. Once the doors are closed, the
  hanger gets engaged to the rotating friction
  drive which makes the hanger in the rotation. In
  this system, the job is blown into the chamber
  with one hanger door, while another job is loaded
  onto the other. , Loading and unloading are done
  simultaneously. When the job gets blast through
  first hanger door then open the hangar door and
  remove the job from the hanger.
