- If all the regular pages, any rollover pages, and
any additional pages are printed then they add to
the monthly bill. - If the printer gets disconnected from Web
Services when you attempt to print your regular,
rollover and additional pages then the bill for
the additional pages will be charged on the day
of re-connection of the printer. - The day you insert your HP Instant Ink cartridges
your card is billed for 30 days and the billings
date cant be changed.
4So now to view your current billing summary,
invoices and activity history for last billing
cycles perform these steps.
- Turn on the printer and connect it to a network.
- Enable the Web Services.
- Log in to your HP Instant Ink Account.
- Under the Status section, click on the refresh
icon and confirm that detection of printer. You
will see a green a check mark net to Online which
confirm the detection of printer. - To view the pages printed by type and date for
current and previous billing cycles click the
Print History in the left navigation area. - Now to open a Printing History Invoice for the
selected billing cycle, click at the bottom of
the page on Download Invoice.
5- Take a look at the printing history and invoice,
see for charges from any additional pages and
date of the printing was recording. Also under
Payment Balance look for any charges applied from
a past billing cycle to the selected cycle. - Click Account History in the left navigation area
of the account page and then click Billing. - Choose the year to view additional billing
details by date. - This is how you get the all details for your
printer all the history and bills can be seen.
