Yakisugita
  • Yakisugita is Japanese word for Charred wood. Its
    and traditional Japanese process to make raw wood
    staring and much more durable. This ancient
    technique is now not only popular in Japan but
    beyond it. In western world people are
    appreciating this technique and using it, In west
    it known as SHOU SUGI BAN " The charred wood".
    The black siding and paneling commonly seen on
    modern projects in North America and Europe.

Why We should use Yakisugita?
  • Burnt wood, Charred wood or Shou sugi Ban this
    not only increase the life of wooden articles or
    furnishing but also waterproof, fireproof, insect
    and rot resistant. Moreover, it give amazing look
    to furnish product. You can use it raw or can
    brush it with some essential oils. It doesnt
    need much care and furnishing. Its life
    expectancy is around 70-80 years. Installation
    too is easy.

Suyaki
  • Suyaki is one of the easily recognizable product.
    It also known as alligator due to its looks and
    furnish. Suyaki comes with beautiful, elegant and
    shimmer. It usually installed without any finish
    thusly it give chance for natural aging.

Gendai
  • This is one of the most beautiful and attractive
    and extensively used for exteriors. In this
    single brushing will be done that gives smooth
    and silky look to wooden piece that make look
    wood more elegant and attractive. Gendai (brushed
    once) will take stains but will always be dark.

Pika Pika
  • Pika Pika could be used for both purpose interior
    or exteriors. Twice a brush removes all sign of
    charring from wooden plank, leaving the left wood
    as burnt ridges. The beautiful three-dimensional
    textured surface similar to abrasive-blasted
    wood. Pika-Pika takes stains while retaining the
    warmth of yakisugi.
