  • Time

  • Your
  • Life

Nature, in the broadest sense, is the natural,
physical, or material world or universe. "Nature"
can refer to the phenomena of the physical world,
and also to life in general. The study of nature
is a large part of science. Although humans are
part of nature, human activity is often
understood as a separate category from other
natural phenomena.

TREND
  • To exist is to change, to change is to mature,
to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly.

  • Stylistically, Mannerism encompasses a variety of
approaches influenced by, and reacting to, the
harmonious ideals associated with artists such
as Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, and
early Michelangelo. Where High Renaissance art
emphasizes proportion, balance, and ideal beauty,
    Mannerism exaggerates such qualities, often
resulting in compositions that are asymmetrical
or unnaturally elegant. The style is notable for
its intellectual sophistication as well as its
    artificial (as opposed to naturalistic)
qualities. It favors compositional tension and
instability rather than the balance and clarity
of earlier Renaissance painting. Mannerism in
literature and music is notable for its highly
    florid style and intellectual sophistication.

1.Pushups
  • Pushups are not only great for your chest, Its
do a tremendous job of defining your abs,
    triceps, shoulders and torso.
  • Slow down your movement, and use a three-second
    contraction.
  • Do a full range of motion Pay attention to the
    alignment of your elbows.
  • Keep your body stiff and straight as a plank,
    including your head.

I love a man with a great sense of humor and who
is intelligent - a man who has a great smile. He
has to make me laugh. I like a man who is very
ambitious and driven and who has a good heart and
makes me feel safe. I like a man who is very
strong and independent and confident - that is
very sexy - but at the same time, he's very kind
to people

Bitch please!!
  • Most girls and boys brains are wired to process
the connection between language and emotion
differently. Because of this, according to Deak,
many girls may have an easier time talking about
their feelings than many boys. In addition,
female brains tend to focus a bit better on
details, so that girls can express their emotions
    at considerable length. Girls (particularly
pre-pubescent ones) also have greater sensitivity
to noise and tone of voice. As a result, some
girls may hear yelling when there is only
firmness in an adults voice, or take feedback on
their work as negative criticism, even when its
    constructive

Never let you go
Between the age two and three, the boys displayed
a higher rate of behavioural problems than the
girls. Boys were around 10 more likely to show
what we call externalising behaviours such as
destructiveness and aggressiveness. Girls, on the
other hand, were more likely to have
internalising problems such as anxiety. Girls
were also more likely to have higher scores on
measures of competence such as following rules
or caregiving behaviours (helping when someone is
hurt, for instance).

  • Beauty with Brain

Hormones shape how girls and boys brains react
to fear and stress. Under stress, everybody
releases hormones such as epinephrine or
cortisol, which prepare the body for fight or
flight. However, recent research shows that
females also produce oxytocin, a hormone
connected to childbirth that is thought to
enhance connection and caring. From a species
survival standpoint, this response may increase
the probability that females will take care of
offspring or band together when threatened. Deak
terms this the double whammy that makes
risk-taking harder. This increases the
likelihood that a threatened female will get out
of the situation rather than fight. Boys, on
other hand, get a surge of testosterone, which
can modulate fear and promote aggression. Deak
encourages parents to help their girls take
important risks and assert themselves in
challenging situations.

5.Plank
  • Stand approximately 3 feet from a wall.
  • Press your hands into the wall, elbows straight,
weight on your toes and hold for 30 seconds.
  • You may also do this on the floor with your
hands flat to the floor and knees bent.

New evidence is emerging that confirms what
parents and children have reported for
generations boys and girls behave differently,
and parenting practices vary depending on the
gender of the child. Boys seem to have more
behavioural problems than girls, and this
difference appears in early childhood.
9
First, the findings are based on caregivers
(usually mothers) completing behaviour report
forms. Of course, it would be ideal to have
observational-style data on children in a range
of settings, but this is just not practical when
following up large numbers of children over an
extended period. Second, the overall results
reflect averages or mean scores, generated from a
wide range of individuals who participated in
each wave of the study. The implication for the
individual child, therefore, is much harder to
pin down than implications for the population as
a whole.
  • Exercise is one of the most important parts of
keeping your body at a healthy weight. Exercise
helps people lose weight and lower the risk of
some diseases. Exercising to maintain a healthy
weight decreases a person's risk of developing
certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and
    high blood pressure.
