Theme

• Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD)
  started Kala Utsav 2017 registration through its
  official website kalautsav.in.

• The candidates can also check kala utsav 2017
  theme/guideline through the official website. The
  students of class 9th to 12th are eligible to
  participate in program.

• Kala Utsav 2017 theme is Ek Bharat Shreshtha
  Bharat and the project should be in connect with
  theme.More Info Competition/Contest 2018
  e-project in Kala Utsav is MHRDs digital way to
  inculcate artistic talent in students.
• Students can choose any art form like Dance/
  Music/ Theatre and document and record it.
• Document the history, origin, communities that
  follow that art form.

• Apart from online projects and entries the
  competition will be conducted in schools and
  other venues for state and district level and the
  National level competition will begin from 1st
  December. Venue for Kala Utsav 2017 is Regional
  Institute of Education (RIE), Shyamla Hills,
  Bhopal Madhya Pradesh (MP).
